Communications Workshops

In a shifting business environment, one critical factor will be the ability of company leaders to communicate effectively within the organization, ensuring that all employees and particularly managers are ‘in the loop’ on all but highly confidential issues. Feedback mechanism can assist management in improved understanding of employee issues, market opportunities and areas of concern before they get out of hand. Supervisory personnel, the critical NCO's of the organization, must be equipped with new tools and improved understanding of trends and be provided with the resources to communicate with their teams. The Encore Workshop Internal Communication series covers personal management strategies; identifying and handling personal and corporate stress and training programs specifically designed to produce better supervisors.
