Terms and Conditions

The Encore Workshops licence is for a period of one-year from the date of order. It entitles the purchaser to deliver the workshops as many times as they like during that period, on the understanding that genuine Encore participant and facilitator manuals are used for each delivery. These are available from the manuals page at a very reasonable price.

At the end of the one-year period the purchase code number which allows a workshop purchaser to buy manuals individually becomes invalid.

Encore Workshops are updated at a minimum of every 18 months, so please purchase the new edition once your licence has expired.
